I am a creative strategist who helps organizations activate their communities and brands toward mission-driven outcomes. As a founding member of Airbnb's social impact organization, I played a fundamental role in the development and execution of Airbnb's social impact strategies from the ground up over the course of nearly a decade.

  • Led strategy and team to build a community of 100,000+ hosts & donors providing free housing to their communities in times of crisis.

  • Led marketing and storytelling to inspire hosts and donors to join the movement, and deepen the commitment of the broader Airbnb host community.

  • Designed and executed community strategy for public launch of Airbnb.org as in independent 501(c)3.

  • Built and launched employee volunteer and giving program, leading to 20k hours of service 20 global offices.

FIFA

Serving as a Project Principal under Charter Oak Advisory, I was part of the core design and delivery team for the inaugural FIFA Player Impact Programme, a pilot initiative with FIFA’s Women’s Football Division to equip elite women footballers with the tools, coaching, and community needed to design and launch social impact initiatives to build their legacy beyond the pitch.

Calm

Hired as a strategic consultant to design and launch the community activation for Calm’s "Not Calm Moms" campaign, a challenge to the traditional wellness narratives of modern motherhood and mental heatlh.The activation brought together dozens of moms across the U.S. for rage room experiences over Mother's Day Weekend, empowering them to trade breakfast in bed for connection, release, and community.

I led the Bobbie team in defining their vision, mission, and strategic impact pillars for the launch of their award-winning nonprofit arm, Bobbie for Change. Learn more

NJ NY Gotham FC of the NWSL

As a Project Principal with Charter Oak Advisory, I helped design and execute Gotham FC’s multi-year community impact strategy, including the flagship Keep Her in the Game program, focused on keeping girls in sports through adolescence.The success and cultural relevance of Keep Her in the Game directly contributed to a record-breaking, multi-year sponsorship partnership with Dove, demonstrating how authentic impact programs can drive both social outcomes and commercial value.

Moms First

I led the design and launch of The Motherhood, a new community for moms, by moms, focused on transforming our workplaces, communities, and culture to enable moms to thrive.The Motherhood debuted at Mom's First 2024 summit, where tens of thousands of moms made a commitment to drive generational change. The community's inaugural Zoom meetings have garnered over 800+ RSVPs.Learn more
